- The personal data and other related information collected will be used by the Sports Federation and Olympic Committee of Hong Kong, China (the Federation) for Festival of Sport website account registration or other directly related purpose(s).
- Please note that it is necessary for you to provide the personal data in the area marked with asterisks. In the event that you do not provide your personal data in the area, the Federation may not be able to process your registration.
- Your personal data held by the Federation will be kept confidential within the retention period, and it may be shared with other parties for the purpose(s) stated above.
- In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access, amend, and ask for a copy of your personal data held by the Federation. Requests for access and/or correction can be made in writing via email fos@hkolympic.org.
