Judo Fun Day, the first enhanced event of the 67th Festival of Sport, was held with great success. Makoto Takimoto, a Japanese Olympic Gold medalist in Judo, traveled a long way to share the ups and downs of his athletic career with everyone. He emphasized the importance of maintaining a positive attitude and self-belief, even when faced with challenging obstacles. He also provided guidance on judo techniques to Hong Kong elite athletes. The 2 FOS ambassadors, Christy Yiu and Hinx Tang, also participated in the event and had a great time with us!
